• We at J & V Associates are handling end to end IP life cycle i. e. right from conducting prior art search, drafting and filing of patents and designs, handling office actions, examinations, attending hearing, renewals of Patent and Designs etc. in India and in various other countries.

A brief profile of team is as below:

•  Mr. Rajeev  has 16 years’ experience in the IPR field. Activities handled include prior art searches to decide novelty, infringement, or FTO (freedom to Operate), Patent drafting, preparation of design registration and filing of patents and designs, handling office actions, examinations, hearings, etc. for India and for about 36 foreign countries. Prior art searches and Patents filed in the various fields like: Ignition systems, transmission systems, suspension systems, electric vehicles, control strategies, Battery and Motor Management/packaging, and cooling systems in EVs. He has total 38 years of experience in automobile industries like Bajaj Auto, Kinetic Engineering, etc. in R&D functions. His experience in these organisations includes the design and validation of automotive parts and vehicles, solving field complaints about vehicles and parts by design change, etc. 
• Mr. Chandrashekhar is a registered patent agent. His academics includes BE (Electronics and Telecommunications), LLB. He has vast experience of 20 years in various electronic organisations in all fields of IPR prosecution, like prior art searches, drafting and filing of patents and designs, handling official actions, examinations, hearings, etc. He also has vast experience practising as an advocate.
